Life is full of transitions, changes, and challenges. Adapting to new environments, relationships, roles, and identities can often feel uncomfortable. To navigate these shifts successfully, we need space to grieve, adjust or develop new coping strategies, manage our emotions, and fine-tune our communication skills.
I’ve spent the past 13 years working with a diverse range of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I specialize in grief, trauma, and life-altering experiences. As a Certified Trauma Professional, my day-to-day work involves providing psychotherapy to individuals experiencing medical and psychiatric crises in a hospital setting.
In my practice, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, and mindfulness—all through a trauma-informed lens. My approach is practical and compassionate. I collaborate closely with clients to ensure each session is tailored to meet their unique needs and goals.
I am currently an out-of-network provider but can provide monthly Superbills for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
If you’d like to learn more, I’d be happy to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to answer any questions and see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
